Starting the journey as Beefarmnepal, we only had 5 beehives at the beginning in 2012, now reaching almost 500 beehives as an officially registered bee farming company in Nepal. Our Organic honey farmed in extremely high altitude area of Karnali province has no compromise in quality. Nepal’s topographical, climatic and floral variety has spell heaven for bees since long.

However, the realities of climate change, increasing use of pesticides are causing problems to doubt in quality. Along with Organic Honey production, we started helping and encouraging local farmers in organic farming. Joint venture with local farmers, we started turmeric farming from 100% traditional approach. We are completely using livestock’s waste as manure, employing old seeds and local labor.

Our other main Organic product, we proudly service and sell is Sichuan pepper(Timur berry). We were privileged to be able to take part in the live harvest of this Nepalese endemic berry which grows in the wild along with the Mahabharat range. It takes about 3 to 5 years and the expertise of the local villagers for the shrub to flourish and produce its first berries.
